HIPAA Clearinghouse Services

FOX Systems, Inc. (FOX) has developed HIPAA transaction clearinghouse and implementation services in order to better serve the needs of our clients and to provide cost-effective results that meet or exceed the Federally-mandated standardized Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transaction requirements.

FOX recognizes that many healthcare organizations operate on tight budgets (particularly publicly-funded organizations). FOX has designed its Clearinghouse Services with the following four client objectives in mind:

Cost Savings
FOX Clearinghouse Services for HIPAA TCS compliance alleviate significant costs that can be incurred by re-engineering existing systems. The client can achieve “High Volume Inventory Discounts” through volume-based incentives in our Clearinghouse Services contract. FOX Clearinghouse transactions costs are among the most competitive in the market.

Easy Access for Providers
FOX Clearinghouse Services allow providers access to a secured web-based claims entry system to enter claims with the use of a simple web browser which will be processed by the clearinghouse and submitted to the appropriate Payer on a timely basis. Providers can also use their browser to access information on the status of their claims.

Reduced Oversight
FOX Clearinghouse Services will significantly reduce or eliminate the need for our client to manage trading partner conversions when X12 version changes occur. The client avoids managing multiple transaction exchange hurdles such as managing multiple enterprise networking solutions (e.g., Internet, SNA, Asynchronous, TCP/IP) and managing external network security requirements.

Quality and Dependability
FOX Clearinghouse Services support both proprietary and industry standard transaction formats (including ASC X12, NCPDP, NSF, and UB92) and offers 24 x 7 processing. In addition, help-desk support is available on-call from FOX Clearinghouse programmers every day of the year.
