FOX Business Portal Upgrade Notification

Over the next few weeks, the FOX IT department will be upgrading the FOX Business Portal and FOX Financial Systems.  These significant application and network upgrades are designed to increase system functionality, provide easier access, enhance security, increase performance, and our current network infrastructure will increase scalability for future growth of the FOX Enterprise Environment.  The upgrade will allow everyone to access the FOX Business Portal as an extranet SSL based site, and thus NOT require any modifications on user computers such as a modified host file, as is the case currently.
 
Thursday, May 8, 2008 - Tuesday, May 13, 2008: FOX IT will be implementing changes from Thursday, May 8 (5/8) to Tuesday, May 13 (5/13).  During this time, you will not be able to enter or approve timesheets and expense reports. 
 
Please enter and approve all timesheets and expense reports for week ending May 2, 2008 no later than Monday, May 5, 2008. 
 
An E-Mail notification will be sent out informing everyone when the upgrade is complete and when the timesheets/expense reports can be entered in the FOX Business Portal. Once the upgrade is complete, please click on the FOX Business Portal link from the Log-in page of www.foxsys.com. Bookmark this new link and remove the previous bookmarked link.
