FOX Systems, Inc. (FOX) Documentation Services include creating, maintaining, and publishing policy and procedures, forms, proposals, Requests for Proposals, deliverables, instructional and job aids, and PowerPoint™ presentations.

FOX documentation specialists are responsible for information development using prescribed formats, form design, and graphic design. They work with teams of writers and trainers to adapt or develop materials appropriately for reference manuals and training.

Documentation specialists also support the preparation of deliverables such as reports, documentation, data input, and presentations.

BPI documentation services are typically provided as part of the comprehensive BPI service but, in some cases, documentation may be all that a client requires. In this case, FOX documentation specialists provide technical assistance and support, using either graphic applications such as Visio™ or modeling tools such as CaseWise™, to document current and future workflows. After workflows are documented, FOX works with the client to develop policies and procedures to reflect the new workflows.
